01Operator and scope
These terms are issued by 苏州森雨微网络科技有限公司, the operator of BettaRank, for customers in China and internationally.
They govern website access, shared sign-in and the Keyword Lab preview. By requesting sign-in or using a tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not request access or use the tool.
A valid signed agreement governs the paid engagement it describes. These website terms do not replace that agreement's fees, scope, service commitments or remedies. Additional services may have separate terms.
02Who may use the tools
You must be at least 18, able to enter an agreement and authorized to act for the company whose website you submit. Do not use another person's work email or submit a website without authority.
Keyword Lab requires the verified email and website to share the same root domain. Agency use on behalf of clients is not supported in this release. Domain matching does not independently prove employment or authority.
The preview can be restricted to invited accounts and a limited number of runs. Shared sign-in does not guarantee access to every tool or dashboard.
03Account and sign-in
Keep control of your work email and sign-in links. Do not share tokens or session cookies. Sign out on shared devices and report suspected unauthorized access to support.
Participating BettaRank subdomains can use a shared session, while each application checks its own permissions. Shared sign-in does not make your report available to everyone in the company.
04Research and reports
A research request authorizes us to fetch the submitted site's public pages, process the resulting business context with research services and email the report to your verified address. You are responsible for authority to make the request.
Reports are generated automatically from limited sources and can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. Review them before relying on them. A free report does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue or AI-platform recommendations.
Background processing and email delivery can fail or take time. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. The preview does not promise every planned integration.
05Acceptable use
- Use the tools for authorized business research and comply with applicable law.
- Do not submit credentials, private material, sensitive personal information or information you have no right to share.
- Do not bypass authentication, domain checks, rate or preview limits; interfere with services; access another user's data; or run unauthorized bulk automation.
- Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, or violations of intellectual-property or privacy rights.
06Your information and generated content
You retain rights you hold in submitted material. You authorize processing needed to provide the requested service and operate it consistently with the Privacy Policy. Submitting a website does not transfer its ownership to us.
You may use a report generated for your company for its business purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. AI output can resemble other output. Rights in public-source material, trademarks and underlying content remain with their owners; we cannot grant rights we do not hold.
BettaRank software, design and branding remain protected by their applicable rights. Report access does not license our underlying software or authorize copying the service.
07Privacy and service emails
The Privacy Policy explains work email, sessions, website evidence, reports and provider processing. Sign-in and report emails are service communications, and do not enroll you in marketing.
Acknowledging the Privacy Policy or agreeing to these terms is not consent to optional analytics or any separately regulated processing. Analytics has its own choice and withdrawal controls.
08Preview limits and changes
The current Keyword Lab preview is free to invited users. Internal provider spending controls do not create a payment obligation for you. Future charges require a separate offer and acceptance.
Features and availability may change. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security, maintenance or legal requirements, respecting applicable notice and statutory or contractual rights. Signed paid-service agreements continue to govern their own commitments.
You can stop using a tool, sign out or request account closure through support@bettarank.com. Records are handled under the Privacy Policy, including shared-organization and legal-retention requirements.
09Responsibility and disputes
You are responsible for reviewing generated research before making business decisions. Sources and providers can change or become unavailable. Liability and remedies follow applicable law and any valid signed agreement; rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Contact support to try to resolve a concern. Disputes that remain unresolved may be brought before a competent court under applicable law. A valid law or forum provision in a separately signed agreement applies to that engagement. These terms do not require compulsory arbitration or waiver of mandatory rights.
English and Chinese versions describe the same service. Mandatory applicable law and any valid signed agreement govern if a translation conflicts with them.
10Updates and contact
The effective date and version appear above. Material changes will be communicated appropriately, with acceptance sought where required. These terms do not represent that a user accepted a historical version before it was presented.
